Shipping Policy

Shipping Policies & Terms: FOB Worland, Wyoming We do package items sufficiently in order to make sure items arrive to our customers safely without damage. In the infrequent event that goods are damaged in shipping, customer or buyer should file a claim with the freight company as soon as possible. Keep in mind the freight company does inspect damaged items, so please keep all original packaging material. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We will begin production on your order within 3-4 business days as long as items ordered are in stock. Custom orders should ship within 5-7 business days. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you by email. -Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders USPS UPS -Order Tracking You will be notified with tracking information when your item is in transit. -Backorders If an item goes on backorder, we will notify you immediately

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns Custom orders are not returnable, however, we do guarantee our workmanship. We will repair or replace items that fail to meet reasonable expectations. In the event you wish to return a non-custom order, you must do so within 5 business days after order has been received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in it’s original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days.
