+ Return Policy If what you received is as described but you wish to return it, I will gladly accept returns for unused items for the item cost only. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. + Damaged Goods If the object received is damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage incurred to your item. Some marks to wood products may simply be marks of the wood and are not considered damage. Images need to be provided to file a claim. + Final Sale & Custom Pieces Final sale and custom pieces may not be returned or exchanged. + Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me with 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received, with the original tags and packaging.
