Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across the United States with standard processing times between 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Custom orders may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays. All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer flat-rate shipping, and expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note, custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Orders for non-custom items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Returns: Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same item or a similar item of equal value. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange free of charge.
