We ship via USPS. We will ship within 7-10 business days. We package items, create labels and then schedule a pick-up for the next business day. Packages returned to us marked NOT CALLED FOR or RETURN TO SENDER, buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping it back If the USPS has marked your package Delivered, & you have not received it, you must do the following: Contact your local post office with your tracking # so they can obtain the GPS coordinates the package was scanned to. This is not negotiable. We will not issue a refund without filing a claim. USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your tracking info is not updating, please contact USPS for help tracking it down. If your package is determined lost, we will replace your order after this time period. Our policy for lost packages is replacement of the original order.
