Customer cancellations must occur within 24 hours after order has been placed. Returns are accepted on damaged items. If an exchange is needed, the item must be shipped back at customer's expense. We will then replace or exchange the item with another. We do not accept returns or exchanges on retired product due to the low pricing and limited quantities.
