2. Send photo of the item and description of defect.
3. You must contact Burning Presses within 3 calendar days of receiving the purchase.
4. It must not have been washed, dried, or worn.

Please do not send your purchase back with contacting us first.  We may issue you a new item, partial refund or a full refund instead.  Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise informed by our store.  It is up to our discretion if a refund will be given. Clearance and sale items are not eligible for any refunds.  All sales are final.
