Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No returns on personalized items.
Exchanges only made on defective items. If damaged in the mail, please submit a damaged item claim to the Post Office. Cancellation - cancel within 12 hours of order and a refund will be processed.
Cancellations only accepted within the first 24 of order.
