This adorable hair barrette features colorful owls perched on a branch, depicted in peyote stitch in high-quality Delica beads. A pale blue background sets off the pearly purple, pink and green owls of various sizes. It is set on a 3.25-inch authentic French barrette. These handmade beaded barrettes are made out of high-quality Delica cylinder beads using peyote stitch, a form of off-loom bead-weaving. Completed beadwork is glued to a felt backing using industrial-strength glue then hand-stitched in place, and then attached to the 3.25-inch authentic “made in France” French clip barrette using the same process.
